10 Running tracks

Here is a list of 10 great running tracks. I have been a good girl (kind of) and have been running a little more. I am currently doing 10km 3 or 4 times a week.  I'll up the distance and regularity again soon.

My running playlist for my run today is:
1. Whistle - Flo Rider (a nice happy warm up track - I am sure it's really only about whistling too)
2. Payphone - Maroon 5 (I know he seems like a creep but I still think he is hot)
3. Here I come by Fergie (It's hard not to do a dance/run for this)
4. Some Nights by Fun (seriously awesome beat)
5. Sk8terboi - Avil Lavigne (I have no idea why I love this song so much. I must secretly be an angry teenage girl)
6. Blow me (one last kiss) - Pink (any P!nk song is awesome to run to)
7. I never liked you anyway - Rogue Traders (angry girl power songs make me run faster but with an angry face)
8. Jungle Drum - Emiliana Torrini (time to pick up the pace)
9. Feel the Love - Rudimental (finishing it off with some feel good songs)
10. This is love - Will-i-am (because he is the king of cool and some of it might rub off onto me - Hell Yeah!!!)

Please add your favourite workout tracks below. I am always looking for more tracks to add to my playlists.

  3. Yesterday I brought the new Fun, 360, Nickleback & The Black Keys albums. Love them all cause they make me want to do the housework just so I can shake my booty to the music! Is that too much info?

    {sorry, that last comment somehow went into the previous comments reply. Oh blogger!}

    1. I think I am inspired by P!nk's body as well as her music. She looks like she could run through a tornado :)

  7. I have a playlist on my iPhone called 'Exercise music' which I have to change every so often. It's a short list because I like to keep it current.

Sadly I'm not a runner, so envy you that - though cos I can't 'gym' this week (stitches in my back) I went for a walk at some ungodly hour. I had lots of Nicki Minaj to motivate me!!!

  10. I am so old, I don't even know half of those songs. I'm an old skool punk garage rock grunge kinda girl. And I detest running.

But I do love Skaterboi! I gold star this song every time on Drum Hero on the DS!

  12. I always love inspiration for my running playlist! My favourites are Lose Yourself by Eminem and CandyMan by Christina Agueleria - wierd contrast I know, but they both have the perfect run to! I also love the Presets.
