The Zombie myth - Busted!!

After a big workout at the gym I walk like a zombie for two days. I have stiff arms, tight legs and I can't move too fast. I sound like a zombie too, when I try to sit, walk up stairs or attempt to go to the toilet, a deep guttural groan that can be heard throughout Scarborough.
Due to the stiff muscles, I can't put on a bra and I need easy to pull on clothes, nothing fancy. There isn't a chance of being able do my hair or makeup.

I have come to the realization that zombies are real and they are just normal people after a tough workout.

  5. That explains the recent zombie apocolypse, must have been the new cross fit gym opening up at Northlakes!
