Mmm Coffee

It's no secret I love coffee. I wake up early (5am early) and then have two cups one after the other. I love my Nespresso machine and the delicious coffee it makes.

Evidence from my photos from my Instagram feed.
My Nespresso stopped working and is getting fixed. All I could find in my cupboard was Nescafe 45.  Noooo. This is for my MIL when she visits.  Life is too short for bad coffee.

I think I will have a cup of tea instead.

Are you a tea or coffee person?

PS: Nespresso have been awesome. They are sending over a replacement while they fix my original machine. I only need to slum it for a few days.

I am joining up for Wordless Wednesday with My Little Drummer Boys

  1. I'm a tea person. I love the taste of coffee and sometimes I like the smell of coffee (although second hand coffee breath is worse than second hand Champagne breath and that's evil) and I adore coffee cake and tiramisu, but too much coffee, ie, a whole cup, upsets my stomach and gives me the shakes!

    1. Yum, yes you can. I am bad and only eat the marshmallows out of the chocolate and leave the drink.

  6. I love coffee. The last few days I've only had one cup though and I've had the best nights sleep in a long time. It's a sad reality for me :(

    1. I would probably sleep a lot better if I dropped the coffee. I try not to have any past about 11am.

But I feel you on the instant coffee. I had to resort to one this morning too...

  8. Oh how lovely that they sent you a replacement in the mean time!

I've decided I'll be buying myself a Nespresso for Christmas, so excited.

I'm a coffee person for sure - I start the day with a plunger coffee just to wake me up enough to get down to the cafe ;)

  13. Oh my…I am a tea person but my hubby is a coffee LOVER. When we built our new kitchen I had to let him get this humongous built-in Miele machine that makes everything in order to get the countertop I wanted. It does make hot chocolate, which makes me happy.

  14. I love both!!! Have a tea first thing with two twinings tea bags. Sometimes like you two cups. Then around 10.30am I grab a skim mocha with EXTRA chocolate. A great tea combo I invented is English breakfast and earl grey together really nice afternoon pick me up. A tea bag of each is enough but leave to draw for a while as my Gran would say!

    1. You have it all sorted. I love my Earl Grey at home but always order English Breakfast when I am out. I am not sure why this is.

    1. They are great too. We recently took one on holidays to make sure we weren't stuck with instant coffee in the hotel. It was a great decision.

  16. There is my biggest nightmare... and no, you will not find ANY form of freeze dried pretend coffee in our house... just another two espresso machines... in case the first breaks down. ;) x
