Bellisimo!!

Who doesn't like pizza? It' so easy to make your own and so much yummier
 Partly cooked pizza bases
 Fresh ingredients, with basil plucked from our garden
The girls spread the sauce and then add on whatever they like.
 The result

  2. Looks good, but (alas) I am coeliac (and lazy) so rely on ridiculously expensive GF bases I can buy... (or bought GF pizzas).

    For me it's all in the topping!

    1. Hi Deb, my husband has mild coeliac. So, I only make this when he is not around. We have a local place that does gluten free so I take the easy way and order in for him. Rachel x

    1. Hi Beck, thanks. They are really easy.

      I play it by ear, so I don't have any amounts. Don't you hate people like that.

      Pizza flour with a little salt, put aside a little warm water with a little sugar and dry yeast mixed in until it foams, then mix in water/yeast mixture with a dribble of olive oil. Knead and sit, raise, knead roll, part cook, then load up with yummy stuff and cook again. It's is really easy and good.

      I wonder if any of that makes sense?

  4. Oh yum, I love home made pizza! I don't usually go so far as to make my own base though, I take the easy way out and buy those. :-)

    1. Hi Lisa, once I made it I realised how easy it is. It great as an emergency entree for guests. I just make it really thin and put garlic, salt and olive oil on it. Mmm. Rachel x

  6. YUMMO!! I love homemade pizza. I use flat bread as a base, never made my own dough. Maybe I should try.

  11. hmm consdering I just ate steak, and had pizza lastnight.. Im hungry!! yummo Looks good

    We use pita bread as pizza bases.. but if we did make our own (we bought a bbq stand thing to cook them on) we use Lauke Pizza and Foccacia flour.. We're trying to find a ciabatta flour to make matching garlic bread :)
